1. Information We Collect

The Service is designed around anonymity. We collect: (1) Account — username, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), adult confirmation status. (2) Optional — recovery email (only if you register one). (3) Usage — conversations, characters/images/videos you create, credit usage history. (4) Payments — amount, status, and the processor's transaction identifier (we do not collect card numbers or other financial details). (5) Acquisition — your first visit source (referral links, referral codes) and partial access logs (IP addresses are stored as hashes, not raw).

We do not collect real names, government IDs, email addresses (other than optional recovery email), or location data.

2. How We Use It

Collected data is used only to: provide the Service (conversation context and memory, storing your creations), process payments and credits, prevent abuse (fraud and underage access), and produce non-identifying statistics to improve the Service.

3. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for login sessions, language preference, referral attribution (30 days), and first-visit source recording (30 days). After adult confirmation, some screens may load tags from third-party advertising providers such as ExoClick and JuicyAds. These providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, ad interaction data, and cookies or similar technologies to deliver and frequency-cap ads, measure performance, and prevent invalid traffic.

4. Third-Party Processors

To operate the Service, we delegate processing to: (1) AI response generation — conversation content is sent to an LLM provider for processing. (2) Image generation — generation requests are processed on GPU cloud infrastructure. (3) Payments — payment processors handle payment data. (4) Hosting — servers and databases run on cloud infrastructure. (5) Advertising — providers such as ExoClick and JuicyAds may process access, device, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads and prevent invalid traffic.

Each processor accesses only the minimum data needed for its purpose. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account and usage data are retained while your account exists. Upon account deletion, personally identifiable data is destroyed without undue delay; records subject to statutory retention (e.g., payment records) are stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data (including account deletion) via the contact channel. Because accounts are anonymous, verification of ownership (an active login session or recovery-email verification) is required.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at persons under 19, and we do not knowingly collect minors' data. If underage use is identified, the account and associated data are deleted.
