Terms of Service

1. About the Service
Lucidream (the "Service") is an adults-only entertainment platform offering conversations with AI characters and image generation. These Terms govern the rights and obligations between users and the operator.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility (19+)
The Service contains adult content and is available only to persons aged 19 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Adult confirmation is required at signup; accounts found to belong to minors are suspended immediately.
You are responsible for confirming that using content of this nature is lawful where you live.
3. Accounts
Accounts are anonymous, created with only a username and password. Registering a recovery email is optional; without one, a lost password may be unrecoverable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
4. Credits and Payments
Certain features consume credits (e.g., chat, scene illustrations, and character images — amounts as disclosed in the Service). Credits can be purchased via cryptocurrency through an external payment processor.
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Refunds for unused purchased credits may be requested via our contact channel within 7 days of purchase; given the nature of cryptocurrency payments, refunds to the original payment method may not be possible, in which case an equivalent alternative may be provided.
Free credits (welcome, referral bonuses, etc.) are not refundable or redeemable for cash, and the operator may change grant policies.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in content removal, account suspension, and reporting to authorities without prior notice:
(1) Any sexual content involving minors, including characters that appear underage. (2) Using real, identifiable persons in sexual content without their consent. (3) Creating or distributing illegal content. (4) Account hijacking, circumventing technical safeguards, or bulk access via automation (scraping, bots). (5) Unlawful resale or distribution of generated content.
You must not use the Service, its AI models, or their outputs: (6) to generate or disseminate verifiably false information with the purpose of harming others, or personally identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual; (7) to defame, disparage, or otherwise harass others; (8) for fully automated decision-making that adversely affects a person's legal rights or creates or changes a binding, enforceable obligation; or (9) to discriminate against or harm people or groups based on online or offline social behavior, known or predicted personal or personality characteristics, or legally protected characteristics or categories.
You must also not use the Service, its AI models, or their outputs: (10) to exploit vulnerabilities of a group based on age or social, physical, or mental characteristics in order to materially distort behavior in a way that causes or is likely to cause physical or psychological harm; (11) to provide medical advice or interpret medical results; or (12) to generate or disseminate information for the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum processes, including profiling or predicting fraud or crime through text profiling, inferred causal relationships in documents, or indiscriminate or arbitrarily targeted use.
6. AI-Generated Content Notice
All characters on the Service are fictional AIs, not real people. Conversations, images, and videos are fictional works generated by artificial intelligence; they are not guaranteed to be accurate and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Due to the nature of AI, outputs may differ from your request or contain inaccuracies; this does not qualify for credit refunds.
7. Content Rights
You retain rights to the text you input, and grant the Service a license to use it to the extent necessary to provide the Service (generation, storage, display).
You may use images and videos you generate for personal purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law. Rights to the Service's featured (official) characters and the platform itself belong to the operator.
8. Third-Party Models and Licenses
Parts of the Service use third-party AI models. Use of those features is also subject to the applicable use-based restrictions and notices published in the Third-Party Model Notices, which form part of these Terms.
Model notices identify the model artifact in use and its license. They do not grant rights in third-party trademarks, characters, likenesses, copyrighted works, or other protected material, and they do not promise ownership or exclusivity in generated outputs.
9. Changes, Interruptions, and Limitation of Liability
The operator may modify or temporarily suspend the Service, with material changes announced in the Service. The Service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time via the contact channel. The operator may terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms; remaining credits may be forfeited in such cases.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with disputes handled by courts of competent jurisdiction. If a translated version conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
